Ingredients

Pork bones

Chopped carrots

Quartered onion

Chopped celery

A Cinnamon Stick

A few Star Anise

A few peeled clove of Garlic

bold italic underline

Instructions:

Dump everything into a crock pot. Cover with water and slow cook for 10 hours at least.
